Chongqing Zhongke Yuncong Technology Co., Ltd. announced the first launch of "3D structured light face recognition technology" in China, breaking the technological monopoly of Apple and other foreign enterprises. According to the working idea of reserving, cultivating, growing, and identifying a batch of small and medium-sized enterprises every year, our city published the Notice on the Implementation of the Five-Year "Thousands of, Hundreds of and Servals of " Cultivation and Growth Plan for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises last year, with the goal of adding 10000 "Four Top" enterprises, cultivating more than 1000 "specialized and New" enterprises, more than 100 "Small Giant" enterprises and more than 50 "Hidden Champion" enterprises within five years.

"In the past, financing needed physical collateral. For asset light enterprises, financing became a problem. There was a dilemma that the financing amount could not keep up with the enterprise's development speed." Bai Xue, the financial director of Xishan Technology, told the upstream news reporter that this year, Xishan Technology obtained financing of 15 million yuan through unsecured credit loans, greatly relieving the financial pressure.
The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology said that for enterprises entering the specialized and innovative cultivation library, they should be cultivated according to the three gradients of specialized and innovative, small giant, and invisible champion.
In terms of financing, we will focus on supporting "Specialized, Special and New" warehousing enterprises to use refinancing funds, and solve the bridge fund of 3 billion yuan; Innovatively carry out the pilot reform of commercial value credit loans for small and medium-sized enterprises, and grant credit of 2 million, 3 million and 4 million yuan respectively to "Specialized, Special and New" enterprises, "SmallGgiant" enterprises and "Invisible Champion" enterprises; A one-time reward will be given to the enterprises that hang the specialized and special new board in Chongqing Stock Transfer Center.
In terms of intelligent transformation, the Industrial Internet, industrial Internet, and other platforms were used to achieve 220000 online enterprises and help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency. 203 enterprises were promoted to carry out "Machine Replacement for Human" transformation and upgrading, and 76 municipal demonstration digital workshops and intelligent factories were identified. The average production efficiency of the demonstration project was improved by 67.3%, the defective product rate was reduced by 32%, and the operating cost was reduced by 19.8%.
At the same time, enterprises are also encouraged to participate in the "Maker China" innovation and entrepreneurship competition, connect resources and incubate high-quality projects. Xishan Science and Technology's project of "High speed and precise steering control technology for minimally invasive surgical power device" won the third prize (fourth place) in the final of the national "Maker China" innovation and entrepreneurship competition. In addition, the Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology also organized specialized and new enterprises to participate in China International Fair, APEC Technology Exhibition, Smart Expo, etc., to expand the market, and signed a contract of 300 million yuan.
It is reported that the sales of "Specialization, Excellence, and Innovation" enterprises reached 43 billion yuan. Last year, our city put 579 "Specialization, Excellence, and Innovation" enterprises into storage, 95% of which were private enterprises. 259 "Specialization, Excellence, and Innovation" enterprises were cultivated and recognized, 30 "Little Giant" enterprises, and 10 "Invisible Champions" enterprises. Among them, there are 210 companies in advanced manufacturing industries, 36 companies in software and information technology services, and 7 companies in scientific research and technology services.
In the past year, these enterprises have performed very well. Through the cultivation and the recognized "specialized, refined, special and new" enterprises achieved sales revenue of 43 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28%, profits and taxes of 3.56 billion yuan, an increase of 9.3%, driving 53500 jobs, an increase of 8%, R&D average of 8.4%, an increase of 10.8%, and obtained 5650 patents, an increase of 11% over the previous year.
Among the first batch of "specialized, special and new" enterprises, 225 have won the title of high-tech enterprise, 34 have ranked first in the national market segment, 99% have invention patents or software copyrights, and 80% have the new model of characteristics as "new products, new technologies, new formats".
Encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to directly finance the technology innovation board
How to promote the high-quality development of SMEs in the next step? The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Economic and Information Commission said that it would continue to cultivate and identify more than 200 "specialized, special and new" enterprises, more than 30 "small giant" enterprises, and more than 10 "invisible champion" enterprises. The person in charge said that this year, it will further optimize the business environment, focus on strengthening enterprise cultivation, promoting intelligent transformation, promoting the iterative upgrading of pillar industries, strengthening the technological innovation capability of the manufacturing industry, innovating financing services, playing the role of public services, and providing quality services. In terms of fostering and expanding intelligent industries, we will focus on R&D innovation and compensation chain in clusters, and strive to build a full industrial chain of "core screen device nuclear network". Promote the intelligent transformation of 1250 enterprises.
At the same time, small and medium-sized enterprises are encouraged to set up R&D institutions, and more than 120 municipal enterprise R&D institutions, such as enterprise technology centers, industrial design centers, and key industrial and information laboratories, will be built. It will also encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to directly finance, and focus on cultivating a number of "small giants" and "invisible champions" enterprises to connect with the scientific innovation board.
